Q. What is hosting?
A. A host or ISP is an Internet company that uploads your Web site code to the Internet, similar to how a television show is sent out by a broadcaster. Your site sits on their computer (server) and is available over the Internet at any time for visitors to view globally. You may buy a telephone but if that telephone is not hooked up to your local phone company, you will not be able to speak to anybody. The same goes with a Web site. We can create you the most gorgeous Web site, but if your Web site is not hosted, no one else will be able to view it.
